The Polycom VVX 401 is a mid-range VoIP telephone with 12 line appearances and an attractive LCD colour display.

Easy to operate

This is a user-friendly but powerful phone designed to improve efficiency and productivity during calls, whether for general office workers or call attendants. This model replaces the VVX 400, offering an enhanced processor and improved memory over its predecessor, as well as a USB port for increased connectivity and expansion possibilities.

Pixel colour LCD Screen

With a 3.5 inch 320 x 240 pixel colour LCD display providing simple, slick browsing of the phone's functions and call management features, the VVX 401 has a very easy-to-use but also attractive interface. This also comprises 4 context-dependent soft keys, a clear alphanumerical keyboard, 8 hard function keys and a 4-way navigation cluster for intuitive navigation. This phone is also expandable, so Polycom VVX expansion modules can be added to further increase the scope of the interface.

HD Voice Technology

The VVX 401 also comes with Polycom HD Voice technology, providing crystal clear audio on all three audio paths, so you can expect productive, efficient, lifelike calls whether over the handset, an attached headset or the built-in hands-free speakerphone.

Management functions

As well as these advanced features, this VoIP phone comes with a full array of standard call management functions such as call timer, call waiting, call transfer, hold, divert and even local 3-way conferencing.

Power over Ethernet
